Good Quiet Place
Knox is pretty responsive to issues and has good amenities but is difficult if you want to have guests due to limited guest parking. The apartment isn't far from campus (~10-15 mins most days) but does require you to have a vehicle since public transportation is essentially nonexistent in this city. The complex is situated away from the chaos of the city so if you value having a quiet place to rest, this is a good spot.
