Overall rating 8.2/10, based on 16 renter reviews Write a review
Decent, but overpriced
This apartment is safe and comes with amenities like in-unit air conditioning and heating, gated parking, pool, gym, a balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and full bath with tub. Studios are around 400 sq ft and paying $1300 is not the best deal in Eugene, but I moved alone from out-of-state so my priority was safety and convenience.
The management was incredibly slow and honestly disorganized getting my lease to me. I signed an execution of rental agreement in April 2024 and did not receive a lease until August 2nd, three days before I was supposed to drive 25 hours across the country to move to Eugene. That process was extraordinarily stressful and management was not forthcoming with accurate timelines on when I would receive my lease despite being "assigned an apartment".
The complex is three stories and I live on the second floor. There is no elevator. Due to living in a studio, I did not bring many items so move-in went pretty smoothly.
Noise is not a concern for me as I face the inside of the apartment complex towards the pool area. However, I would not recommend getting an apartment that faces the parking lot. Interstate 5 is our next door neighbor and some people have modded cars that are very loud as they are warming up. I can hear them when I go to my car in the morning, but thankfully I cannot hear the noise from my insulated apartment.
There is very limited guest parking (approximately 20 spots). Game day traffic is very bad as the complex is near Autzen Stadium. On the positive side, all spots in the parking lot are assigned so you always have a space.

Great, Quiet Complex
This complex is one of the best I’ve lived in. It’s quiet, clean, and the management is really on top of things. I love the keyed access to the building and size of the studio.

Chase courtyard
I think chase courtyard is a great place to live! My only 2 negatives I have about this building is that (personally) I think there are way too many dogs living in the building. It’s the best spot in town for pet owners to live but sometimes people’s dogs can get too noisy at night. My other complaint is that besides a coffee shop across the street, there is nothing (stores or restaurants) within a mile. Essentially, in order to live at chase courtyard you need a car to get around

Nice place, but management standards have gone down
This place was a 10/10 when I moved in over two years ago. It's quiet, and neighbors are friendly. However, management has gone down over the past two years. Management used to be very helpful and communicative in my first year here, but in the second year, things have changed. Management is not good at responding to email, packages are constantly getting lost, and common areas are constantly undergoing maintenance without giving tenants notice. One of the main reasons I picked this residence is because of the security gate, but the gate is constantly breaking and stays wide open for hours or days at a time. This apartment still seems relatively safe, and the units are nice, but my rating has decreased in the past year, which is unfortunate consider that rents have gone up.

Best in Eugene!
I love this residence. It is quiet, secure, and spacious. Very pet friendly. I love how modern the appliances are! Just wish there was an elevator.

Mostly quiet, easy commute
Usually pretty quiet. The included internet is adequate for Zoom and Netflix. In-unit laundry. 2 miles to campus by bike, 4 by car. On the 79x bus route. Nice gym and pool. Responsive maintenance. My rent of $1350 includes my parking space, pet rent, and w/s/g for 2 people. One person with no car or pets will pay less.
