Chase courtyard
I think chase courtyard is a great place to live! My only 2 negatives I have about this building is that (personally) I think there are way too many dogs living in the building. It’s the best spot in town for pet owners to live but sometimes people’s dogs can get too noisy at night. My other complaint is that besides a coffee shop across the street, there is nothing (stores or restaurants) within a mile. Essentially, in order to live at chase courtyard you need a car to get around

Nice place, but management standards have gone down
This place was a 10/10 when I moved in over two years ago. It's quiet, and neighbors are friendly. However, management has gone down over the past two years. Management used to be very helpful and communicative in my first year here, but in the second year, things have changed. Management is not good at responding to email, packages are constantly getting lost, and common areas are constantly undergoing maintenance without giving tenants notice. One of the main reasons I picked this residence is because of the security gate, but the gate is constantly breaking and stays wide open for hours or days at a time. This apartment still seems relatively safe, and the units are nice, but my rating has decreased in the past year, which is unfortunate consider that rents have gone up.

Best in Eugene!
I love this residence. It is quiet, secure, and spacious. Very pet friendly. I love how modern the appliances are! Just wish there was an elevator.

Mostly quiet, easy commute
Usually pretty quiet. The included internet is adequate for Zoom and Netflix. In-unit laundry. 2 miles to campus by bike, 4 by car. On the 79x bus route. Nice gym and pool. Responsive maintenance. My rent of $1350 includes my parking space, pet rent, and w/s/g for 2 people. One person with no car or pets will pay less.

Management is Great!
I love the management, security, and location of the complex. It is very nice with great amenities for the price. The only downside is the awful internet, which can be a dealbreaker for some.

Nice but expensive
Well, I like it enough that I added a full year onto my lease after only living here 4 months. Really, my only complaints are the price and the parking situation. However, as to the price, if you don't have pets or a car, it will be cheaper. Also, if you get a studio instead of a 1BR. If you do have a car, plan on paying for a reserved spot. There are only 19 non-reserved "guest" spots and they're always full. (Don't plan on having your friends over.) Other than that, the sound proofing is great; the complex is nice, newer, and well-cared for; you have your own washer/dryer; most units have a private patio or deck; and there is secure bike storage. The gym is nice and adequately furnished. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. There is a direct bus that goes from the building to the Duck Store on the NW corner of the UO campus. It's also easy to bike to campus: about 2 miles, mostly on a bike trail. However, there aren't any "essential" businesses nearby (groceries, restaurants, etc.). Another note: while they complex is gated, it's merely security theater. The gates stay open too long after someone passes through, giving ample time for a non-resident to gain access. I've also identified a spot where even my short body could hop the wall. However, you also need the fob to access the building and with the interior access to the apartments, I feel safer than if the apartment doors were exterior.
