Love this apartment complex
Very quiet, family friendly, great area for walks, far enough away from “civilization” for quiet but close enough for groceries, gas, etc

Pretty Good
Large space, new appliances, clean complex, nice neighborhood, no crime issues, quiet (for the most part). No parking issues. 10 minutes from campus. Close to Costco. On the pricier side (for Eugene).

Evergreen Village at Delta Ridge
This is a cute spot! It's a 15-minute drive from the law school, which some think is a lot. Because it's not downtown, it has a quieter, more suburban vibe. That works for my partner and me because we're in our late twenties. Others may prefer to be closer to Eugene's bars and "energy." We wish that there was more within walking distance. But there's a new park right next to the neighborhood, several stores (Market of Choice, Home Depot, Walmart, etc.), and a 5-minute bike ride to connect to Eugene's bike paths.
Management is very friendly, and they always give our dog treats. All in all, it's a nice spot and feels very safe!

Overall Great Place
This apartment complex is great for people with families or if you just want to be away from the noise of campus. I am really happy with the space overall, especially the kitchen. I only have two complaints about living here. First, the office is very slow to respond to any requests or inquires (NOTE this excludes maintenance, they're fine). It can be a little difficult to get an answer from them. Second, the wall between the celling and upstairs floor is very thin. A common complaint I hear from others in the complex is they can hear their upstairs/downstairs neighbor often.
