Lotus Square

Management is hit or miss. Sometimes quick to address issues, but other reoccurring issues are never tackled. Location next to metro is great, very urban residential feel. No recycling in building drives me crazy. Quiet compared to the complex across the street. Awesome value, but also income restricted. Amenities include parking garage, gym, community center and courtyard. Property maintenance also spotty at times. Trash tends to build near front entrances.
