Great modern living, but a little pricey
I recently moved to Linear Apts and the building is definitely an upgrade from my old space. The pool area is great and the gym is hardly ever crowded (though it is a bit small). The upgraded appliances are also a nice perk. However, between my rent and utilities, it is a bit pricey. Even with a rent concession, I've gotten towards the max of my budget, and I know that prices are only going up. I would highly recommend that you negotiate for a rent concession or some other type of deal when considering this building. It's a great place to live, but don't be afraid to negotiate!

Linear is Amazing
It's a nice apartment. Staff is friendly. Building is always super clean. Property maintenance takes less than a day, usually. Very pet friendly. I've seen neighbors who own Pitbulls, so they don't seem to prevent certain breeds from living here. Gym, pool, and rooftop are nice. Appliances are all very new. 5 minute walking distance from school.
