Great Green Space, Gym, and Nice People
Pros: Campus Crossings is about a 5 minute drive to the Bush School. I love the convenience! It has really good walking and green space for if you have a dog or just want to go on walks. There is also a big dog park and a gym. There are a lot of grad students that live here so it usually stays pretty quiet, no crazy parties happening. I have a patio and a full washer/dryer. Utilities split between my roommate and I have been $50-$70 per month/per person.
Cons: They are a little slow on taking care of maintenance issues, but if you keep asking, they get it done. The apartments are older so the exterior isn't in perfect condition, but for the price, I don't think it's bad.

A Pretty Nice Place To Live!
Campus Crossings on Marion Pugh (CCMP) is a pretty solid choice for a single person or a couple. I've lived here almost two years now. I live in the junior one-bedroom, which is the smaller of the two one-bedroom styles, and it is small, but large enough for just one person. I would probably recommend couples opt for the larger one bedroom plan. The units are a little dated, and I have issues with water temperature not regulating well, but all appliances work. The A/C is a little loud, but that's typical of older complexes. All units have in-unit washer/dryers, which is what really sold me on living here; I love not having to go anywhere to do laundry. Water, cable and internet are included with rent; we are billed for electricity and sewer separately by the City. The parking lot needs repaving and repainting, but parking is free and the location is super close to campus. There is also easy access to the bus lines to campus, and I've never had an issue finding parking. It's pet friendly too, and there is a dog park, gym, and swimming pool on site! If you're looking for something affordable close to campus, and don't mind it being a little older, this is it.

Great with a few things to take into account
I've loved living here for the past year and half. It's been perfect for my cat and me. The apartment itself is very roomy. However, if a large kitchen area is what you want, I would look elsewhere. Also, there have been issues with the hot water on the property. It has gone out 3 times in the year and a half I've lived here. Most of the time its fixed very quickly, however, one time it took them about 5 days to get it fixed.

Campus Crossing
Fairly low-key complex.
The building is older - there are a few families as well as undergrads.
Ten minute drive from Wehner but may be caught by the train.
Traffic is only bad during football games.
HEB close by, parks, & basketball court right across the street.
There is a slight bug problem.
The complex is not gated.
