Expensive but cozy and feel safe
100 park has a lot of good things to mention: a safe environment, fancy study space, a free printer in the lobby, a swimming pool, trash pick-up services, friendly staff, and so on.
However, one bad thing though is their pricing is quite high, they charge a lot for the services and other things like parking permits, etc.
Also, it can be annoying if you have noisy neighbors downstairs or live next door. The concrete wall doesn't stop sound from traveling that well.

Great location for graduate students
100 Park offers an optimal location just steps away from the Texas A&M main campus in College Station. It is located within Century Square, a multi-use, outdoor galleria-type of destination with plenty of food choices as well as entertainment and retail. The apartment complex itself is quiet and secure, two highly important factors for most students.
If you want the typical university experience, Northgate is just down the street--close enough to walk to, but far enough to not hear every night.

Great College Apartment
Place is clean, very easy to get to campus, quiet, and ideal location to get around for the MBA program. Lots of dogs, gym is decent, fire alarm is super loud, but they have repaired the issues they have had in the past.

100 Park Review
The best thing in 100 Park I think is their management service, the employees here are very nice and solve your problem very quickly, and it's quiet and very close to school but still not so close to our business buiding, usually it will take 5 minutes by car or 40 mintues by foot.

Good location, expensive for what it is
The location was great but the apartment complex had a lot of construction which was frustrating. Would recommend based on location and amenities, but definitely expensive.

100 Park Review
This place has its ups and downs. The apartments are nice, the location is great, and the amenities are pretty good. Since we've lived here though, there has been a LOT of construction so that they can repair things. We're talking major overhauls. It seems like that might be done though, which would make living at 100 Park a lot better.
