Forest Pines/Grove

Fairly new buildings. Expensive but a lot nicer than you’ll get elsewhere. Can get loud with passing traffic on Harvey Mitchell. Receptive and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Decent staff. Pool, dog park, gym included in rent. Garage and covered parking both available with lease. All utilities via BTU.

Good Apartment

The apartments are nice, but because they're new there are lots of bugs (it's an outside hallway so it's expected). Built pretty cheaply but the apartments look nice.
