Would Live Here Again
Our apartment complex is so convenient to drive to the Bush School (10 minute drive). We never hit traffic, which a lot of people usually do. We pay for rent (~$1200) and water/utilities (~$130) for a 2 bed/2bath. They’re not super modern but definitely not super old either. Very homey. We have a nice sized balcony. Great pool, there’s a gym, there’s a little green area between some buildings, a sand volleyball court, some hammocks set up. We are on a bus stop I believe. Whenever we put in for a service request they are always there within 24-48hours. Friendly staff. You can buy a covered parking stop or a garage spot for extra. Pet friendly (fees apply). This is more of a young adult type of apartment complex. I’ve seen people from like 20-45 years old probably.

Best place I have lived in Bryan/CSTAT
This is my fifth place to live in Bryan/CSTAT and it is by far the best. I have lived in the dorms, duplexes, and in a house. The management at the Presidio is great. They have maintenance staff on-site and since it is a small complex, I never have to wait more than 48 hrs for someone to fix my maintenance request. The apartment is also one of the largest 1 bed 1 bath in Bryan/College Station. It is not on a tamu bus route, but it is very close to a city bus stop. The complex does have a shuttle for students to and from campus, and each semester they send out a survey to find out what times students want the shuttle to run. The complex is also really quiet which is nice.

Affordable & close to Wehner
It's not the nicest, but on the 3rd floor I haven't had any bug problems. There are options to upgrade to granite countertops & nicer fixtures but I kept it cheap and took the standard package. It's only a 7 min drive away from Wehner and feels pretty close to Northgate & downtown Bryan, but is not walkable to anything. Also not on the bus route so make sure you have a car!
