Lofts at Wolf Pen Creek
I have loved living here. Management is very efficient and responds whenever needed. I feel safe and secure here. I rarely ever hear any of my neighbors. I have a great view that looks out over Wolf Pen Park. I am able to park on the floor that I live on (parking garage), so I never have to walk in bad weather. Trash service picks up trash from the front door of my apartment, so I never have to take it to the dumpster. Maintenance has fixed all of the problems, which have been seldom, within days of request. This apartment is located about 1 mile from the Bush School.

Won't renew my lease
As to be expected with apartment living, this place is extremely noisy, especially if your apartment is pool-side. Pet-owners (aka pretty much everyone) don't always take their animals to grass areas to defecate. In fact, there is often animal waste in the garage.
The electric bill is insanely high. I live in a 900 square foot apartment; my roommate and I are both very energy conscious, and our electric bill has been about $130 every month. I have friends living in a 3-bedroom house with high ceilings and their electric bill is $70 for the 3 of them. A rip-off is taking place here at the Lofts.
Lastly, and most disturbingly for me, the central air vents are covered in mold. When I moved in, I took them down and bleached them, and now 3 months later, the mold has returned. I feel like I'm taking minutes off my life with each breath of moldy air. Another issue I have is that the apartment wasn't clean when I moved in. Unacceptable.
Overall, would not recommend.
