Great location, poor landlord

Apartment is in an amazing, safe location. The entire apartment building has 5 units. It is a very old building - apartments don't have dishwashers. Shared laundry in basement. The rent is cheap, but the management company isn't great. The apartment needs some work on the inside (new flooring, tiling, painting, etc.), but overall, for the price of the apartment in the location, it is a good value. About a 10 minute walk to the Green Line.
