Happy in this Neighborhood

Great location. Good concierge staff. Good amenities including pool, gym, common spaces. Pet friendly.

Good value

Relative to other apartment complexes in the city, I found that this was the largest square footage for the cheapest price. The complex is well kept overall and in a great location. The only flaw is that the heating and cooling systems run building wide, so management decides when the whole building switches from heating to cooling.

Modern on M

The apartment offers rent controlled units, which are spacious and includes utilities. However, I encountered some pest issues in my 1 floor room which caused me to move into a different building.
