Cute, good quality building with issues
This is definitely one of the most affordable housing options I could find in the u district area. I love that I have internet and utilities covered in my rent.

Good location, poor management
Building is in a great location and close proximity to the UW. Location is excellent but the building itself leaves a lot to be desired. Management is AWFUL, building is old and always needing repairs, had to sign an asbestos warning, and did I mention management sucks?? Slow to reply to resident complaints or flat out ignores things they don't want to deal with.
