Below Average Property with frustratingly bad management
We have not enjoyed living at this residence. The residence itself is okay at best- weird quirks like only hot vs cold water in certain taps, or non-functioning outlets are okay as long as the management is willing to fix them. However, management never fixed a single problem with the apartment, was impossible to get a hold of, rented us the wrong unit at first... the list goes on. Avoid this management company if at all possible. Location, however, was great, which is why we're moving to a different apartment in the same area.

Horrible Landlord
Our landlord consistently bills us charges that we have no accrued or charged late fees when we had paid rent on time. She would charge us ransom utility charges as well.
