333 Oakland Ave Review
It’s a pretty nice apartment in and of itself. The place is in decent shape, and the landlord is pretty responsive to issues. The downside is that there’s no AC and it’s a 3rd floor apartment, so it gets hot. And it’s in South Oakland, so the neighbors are all undergrads, who are not notoriously the most considerate neighbors. Otherwise though, the convenience to Scaife and Pitt is great. It’s a decent choice for a couple years.
