Excellent
I love it. I enjoy working with a private landlord rather than a formal company. I text him directly if I have an issue. The rent is very reasonable and my apartment's utilities come up to less than $100 each month (including the internet). It is very quiet, usually easy parking and extremely convenient. I have about 5 or so buses that I can take to campus. There are also a few Pitt shuttles in the area as well. Everything is walking distance and I am at the center of most off-campus graduate student life.
