Great Building!
I enjoyed my apartment in this building, great light, AC, and Heat. In apt W/D, hardwood floors, and managed trash/recycling. Landlord/management office is in the lower level unit of the building.
Overall great quality and location for price!

Great value
Can't beat the value for this place. It is a basement apartment, but has enough light (especially for a resident who sometimes works nights/is not home all that much). There's a shared patio area that we have underutilized, but it's there and great especially in the summer. One bedroom has an associated bathroom, the other bathroom is outside in the hallway.
Landlord is a wonderful man, but sometimes is slow to respond to work requests, at least via email. For any acute issues, can call.
My roommate had a cat, just had to pay $50/month pet fee.
Just changed the oven, which is fantastic.
