High ceilings, lots of space and light. Great location. Older building with some mice and poor sound insulation.

Rittenhouse haven of peace
I love the home I live in. Though the building is filled with four other units, it truly feels like a home. The area of Rittenhouse is incredibly peaceful, friendly and respectful. My apartment has incredible natural sunlight, large open spaces and the quaintness of a real Home. The location is amazing for getting to and from work with multiple options including bus, bike (with bike lanes!), walking or a usually $2-3 uber or Lyft. The location is also amazing for all the restaurants and bars that has Center City has to offer. You truly can’t beat it.
