Incredible location—walking distance to beach, third street promenade, and easy freeway access.

Great Location
The Lugano is perfectly situated in the heart of Santa Monica. 3 blocks from the 3rd street promenade and 3 blocks from the Expo Line train stop. It is 7 blocks to the Santa Monica Pier and the ocean.
The Lugano is light on amenities with just a small gym on-site. No pool, spas, or common areas, but it does offer 2 underground parking spaces and air conditioning, both of which are rare in Santa Monica.
The apartments are relatively recently renovated. They offer a large kitchen and bathrooms. The second bedroom is pretty small. Closet space throughout is pretty limited and there isn't much space for a dining table, though the counter is large enough to accommodate barstools.
