Avoid at all costs
If you value your health and safety at all, avoid this place at all costs. There is black mold all over our unit and management is trying to gaslight us into thinking this is not a problem. Rather than fixing it properly, they're basically just painting over it and hoping we'll shut up. Do not let them fool you; the entire building is infested and they're not even attempting to fix it.
There are unlit staircases that have seemingly never been cleaned as they are completely covered in garbage. The one time my family and I had to use this staircase (we were otherwise trapped because the access cards just don't work), we almost fell down several times. Maintenance staff are unable to fix even straightforward issues; they just close requests without even attempting to fix it. Half the furniture in my room is in disrepair, including a chair that is completely unsafe to sit on, a closet that can't close, and the microwave in the kitchen is partially disassembled and has parts hanging out.
They have attempted to overcharge me twice. First they are charging me more for rent than what our lease actually says, and second my request to opt out of the credit reporting fee was ignored.

Solid but nothing special
Gets the job done, nice add ons like a gym and study rooms that you can use. Kind of spendy not sure its worth it when frats are SO much cheaper. Its your basic 'lets build something as fast as we can and as cheap as we can" ie my roommate and I ended up calling maintenance a few times for cubords falling off and broken sinks due to poor craftsmanship. Our apt was pretty quite most nights. Windows do NOT open, major bummer for a person who loved fresh air. It is furnished which can be nice depending on what you own. Management was responsive if you were very nice to them in placing your request.

Great place with affordable price
The location is great (supermarket and light rail station are both in 5-10 min walk). The price is relative lowest one in this area, and the staffs are nice.

It's a Good Deal
It's a good apartment building. The upside is it is pretty cheap, and you get quite a lot for the money. The downside is that you are surrounded by usually very young college students (18-20), and that can mean that weeknights and weekends can be pretty loud.
