Location and security are good
The property is clean and comfortable to stay.
My room does not have laundry, dish washer, stove, ventilation fan and oven, but has disposer, refrigerator, and microwave.
All of the utilities in my apartment are electric.
My rent fee does not include electricity, water, garbage, internet and cable.

It's great that you can walk to the law school but it is expensive. There is not really any natural light in my unit.

Great location
Great location for a UCLA student. Able to walk in and out to campus every day (15-20 min walk to Anderson). Also recently remodeled building and units with the possibility of being the first person using the new appliances at the unit.
