Perfect 1BR1BA

Perfect amount of space for a single person or a couple. The realtor is very noninvasive and the rent is a great deal for Santa Monica. Only one shared wall; the apartment itself is one flight of stairs up (above a garage). Nice porch/patio area with great sunsets every night. Neighbors all keep to themselves.
