Park Ashton
The apartment is a quick walking distance to Westwood Village and the BruinBus stop for UCLA students is right across the street. The apartment comes furnished and has a great layout with two bedrooms that come with their own bathrooms which is perfect for two roommates, plus there is a lovely little balcony. The living room and master bedroom don't get a lot of sunlight but the smaller bedroom does.

Great apartment, friendly neighbourhood and accessible to UCLA
The apartment is quite nice. It’s really huge and the location is perfect since it is exactly a minute’s walk from the bus stop to catch the bruin bus. It’s super close to all the prime locations in Westwood and it is a safe and friendly neighbourhood.
The rooms are huge and the kitchen comes with all appliances. There is also air conditioning, which is a major pro since LA gets really hot in the summer.
The apartment also has a washer/dryer on every floor as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great
It is a great apartment but two rooms probably would not be considered rooms as one has an all glass window so it is essentially a greenhouse and another had no windows.
