Pool, Beach, Bus to class at entrance, free parking
Its the best. I walk to venice boardwalk with my surfboard. Theres basketball courts and tennis courts.
Easy to Bike/Bus to class, or an easy drive that avoids rush hour.
Dog friendly with a view of the beach and a giant patio, also a ridic swimming pool
