Little to complain about
Neighbors can occasionally be noisy across the street or on our roof, but there is little to complain about.

Beautiful Modern Apartment with Minimal Hassle
Love the clean and open floor plan. As the top floor of the apartment building, I love all of the natural light. Management can be unresponsive at times but we rarely have issues that require immediate attention. Overall good location with access to Santa Monica, Venice, LAX and Downtown. One downside is that there is constant construction in this up and coming area.

Great view but pricey
I love my apartment and all of the natural light I get. The area is more residential but I am close to the Venice, Santa Monica and Marina del Rey. It's also fairly easy to get to campus in the mornings and downtown.
