Great value and good location
walking distance (20 min) to Anderson. Room is in good size and the price is one of the best in this region. Building is a little bit old and the amenity (such as elevator) is outdated but considering the price it is a good deal. I heard some neighbor had pest problem before but mine was okay so you might want to ask before moving in. Property manager lives onsite and the parking garage is available with parking included in the rent.

Affordable
I am perfectly happy with my living situation. The apartment is not the most modern but it is spacious and it fit my needs perfectly. It is relatively affordable (comparing to other Westwood apartments). However, some people might find some of the appliances (elevator/AC/Heater/internet) old. It does not have any luxury amenities like gym/pool but it is perfectly good for students. It did had some small bug problem in the past so be careful if that really bothers you. Managers are generally pretty responsive if you report anything. Garage parking is included if you have a car. Walking distance (20-30 min) to Anderson and Westwood Plaza.
