1B1B in Collegetown
1B1B in a house that is split into separate apartments. The interior of the apartment is very nice, and overall positive experience. The landlord is responsive. The location is convenient for individuals who want to walk to both downtown and campus. Fair value $$ compared to one-bedrooms elsewhere.
The main issue with the apartment was temperature control. The apartment has central heating but the thermostat is not controlled inside this apartment. During winter months, the temperature inside my apartment was in the 60s. In the peak summer months, it is also difficult to keep the apartment cool using just a bedroom AC unit.

A good, stress-free deal.
Nice, cozy. Recently remodeled, new fixtures, feels very new. This is a three-story multi-unit home with in-building washer/dryer (included in the rent). Located in Collegetown, it is a 9-minute walk to Sage and a 4-minute walk to Breazzano. One great thing is that you don't need special trash tags in this area and you can toss things/recycle them in a back-shed that is then picked up by waste management. Apartments come mostly furnished (desk, chair, bed, kitchen supplies/utensils). The only downside is a lack of closet space, so if you own a lot of things, you'll need to invest in storage bins/standalone units.

Cons:
- Lack of closet space
- Frat next door is very loud during certain times of the year
- Hallways/stairwells/W/D are a bit dirty sometimes
