Great Location, old beautiful but an impractical apartment
The apartment is beautiful, but it's really old. You enter the bathroom from the kitchen, and the counter space in the the kitchen is relatively small. Also, there is no range hood. Furthermore, the sunlight is not adequate enough alone to light up any rooms. So, you have to keep the light on all the time.

Very good for the price.
Ithaca is an expensive place to live. Finding an affordable spot to live alone with decent conditions is hard, but this is it. Quiet, clean, the tenant company does a pretty good job responding to my requests.

Beware of HAAG Properties
Decent living quarters, but the management is unresponsive and slow. Choose a landlord/property manager that will not create an additional layer of work on top of your school/coursework.
