Great Location and Value

I’ve lived at this location for almost three years and have never had a significant issue. Great price for Montrose, which is only a 15 min drive from UH Main Campus at most times of the day. Gated parking is great, and it’s only a block from the 82 bus route. I’m on the first floor, but no flooding during Harvey. Landlord is easy to reach.
