Not terrible but better options available
Good price & furniture included. Management communicates well. But roaches. Not enough maintenance to respond to issues. Apartment is older so sometimes there’s issues. Parking is good. Pool and jacuzzi is not maintained.

Do not live here
There are far better apartments out there. People are in the pool from midnight til 7am being loud. There are police sirens quite often at night. I was lucky that my roommate is relatively quiet, however most the residents are undergraduate students that do not seem to care about what hour of night it is. Also, the appliances are super old, therefore whenever we do laundry or use the dishwasher we end up paying extra for electricity. Also, the management is terrible and does not communicate with each other, and will yell at residents who misundertsood something or were given inaccurate information. They are super short tempered and I honestly do not understand why they work in a job that involves working with people... The maintenance worker is very nice, but hardly is able to answer maintenance requests unless they are going to damage the property. So if something's just broken but not going to catch fire, it won't get fixed. The steps outside my door are legitimately crumbling, there's no elevator, and the hallways are extremely dirty.
