The Ash

The ash is a great place to live. It takes 5 minutes to get to campus and is really close to grocery stores and anything you could need. Our apartment (2 bed 2 bath) is huge with a massive closet. The apartment amenities are really nice, including a large workout room, amazing pool and lounge chair area, multiple barbecue areas, courtyards with hammocks, lockers for all packages, and direct access to a great running trail. The complex is very secure and we have not had any safety issues.

The Ash Apartments Review

This is a great place to live, a lot of SMU students and SMU law students! Very nice and comfortable, feels safe, only issue is the construction

The apartment is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. It is not in walking distance to any bar/restaurants, but if you have a car, you can enjoy the shops and restaurants on Greenvile.

Good option

I love living at the Ash. It is close to campus, it is quiet and decent people live here. Rent is somewhat high but it has nice finishes and good young environment. The apartments are new so sometime the water has an unpleasant odor because of the pluming pipes. They have several community activities and nice amenities.
