Perfect Student Housing
Living at Euclid3 has been wonderful. The location could not be any better to CWRU. There are so many restaurants within walking distance that no car is needed, so parking isn't an issue. The staff on site is so friendly and helpful and are always smiling. They do their best to make this place a home away from home. I couldn't be happier with my choice to live here.

It's alright
The apartment I lived in during my time at Euclid3 was pretty good. Property managers were very nice and helpful. Deliveries were well organized as well. Maintenance was also good and fixed things in a timely manner.
The actual apartment was good! It was pre-furnished meaning i saved on buying furniture, there's an in unit washer/dryer, and there is a working dishwasher. Only downside was that there was no garbage disposal. It's all wood flooring which made cleaning easy, but the apartment itself got really dusty. The living area is a bit small but the size of the rooms make up for it, depending on which building you lived (for reference, I lived in Building 1, which was pretty recently renovated from what I know).
Also, depending on the building, make sure you know how much cabinet space you have. I cooked a lot so I had many pots and pans which would've never fit if my roommate had also cooked as much as I did.
The only downside was how much rent was compared to the other apartments in the area.

Review
Euclid3 management is very friendly and responsive to any complaints and suggestions. During my year living here, I have had no issues. The only issue is maintenance often pushes back any work order to the next day if they don’t classify it as an emergency. Parking isn’t available on site and other than street parking, the nearest garage is owned by CASE (lot 46).

terrible
The manager of this apartment is racist and the service attitude is very bad. They did not tell us the room is underground until we arrived. You can rent a better place at this price.

All-Inclusive
It really is a shuttle or short walk from campus. The rent seems high, but it is because ALL utilities are included. There is also washer and dryer in unit. It's a new building and the staff downstairs as well as maintenance are quick to help.

Good place
It’s nice in the sense that you’re in walking distance of a lot of food places and CWRU, however parking is kind of not a good situation. The closest CWRU parking is Lot 46 which is still about a block away; so buying groceries is a hassle. There is parking behind the building next to Cottman Vistas, but it’s solely their parking.
This place has a no pet policy, and the overall environment of the place is really nice, there is also washer dryer in unit and it’s brand new. I was the first person to live in my apartment. Also AC. It’s overall a really great place to live, just a little pricey and a bad parking situation

Euclid 3
Good room and layout, 5 minute walk from little Italy and near plenty of restaurants. Rent is high, $905 per person for 2 bed/1 bath. No on site parking, will have to pay for a pass.
