Close to Campus, Nice Unit
I love my apartment but have had some mixed experience with MAC Properties. They made it relatively easy to find an apartment but I did still have to do some looking around online to make sure I got the place I wanted. For fixing things around the apartment they always respond by the next day. However, when more complicated issues come up such as getting reimbursed for my application fee or them telling me I needed to set up a gas account when it was already included in my lease, I had a bit more of a difficult time. However, the issues were eventually resolved to my satisfaction. I do appreciate living close to the bus route and very close to the undergraduate campus.
