A good place overall
The place is really great in terms of the amenities included such as a covered parking spot and in unit laundry. It's spacious and comfortable. The main issues are with some of the fixes in the place and some issues getting repairs done by the landlord. Nothing has been disastrous, but they and some of the neighbors have been difficult to work with. I wish I was a bit closer to university transit, but I don't mind the walk to the bus too much. Definitely a bit isolated from restaurants and things like that, but the quiet is definitely nice as well.
