Overall Wonderful Place to Live. HOA is a Tad Overbearing.
I love my condo! It’s only 10min from school by car, is pet friendly, and very safe. It’s relatively affordable as well. The only problem I have run into is the Home Owners Association, which is overbearing. They get upset with small things (like people putting flower pots on the condo buildings front porch) and threaten fines right off the bat. The walls are also somewhat thin but not unbearable so.

Perfect Place off Campus
10 minute drive to UAB hospital, great park for you or your dog within walking distance, quiet neighbors, trees and green space in the complex. This is the perfect place for us as we wanted to be off campus from the hospital and wanted somewhere relatively quiet where we felt safe. Have really enjoyed our time here.
