Brown street is the perfect location and has everything we need. Walking distance to Ross (10 mins), the Big House (5 mins), downtown Ann Arbor (15 mins) -- truly perfect spot. The apartments are clean and well kept. Love our deck! Any issues are resolved quickly and there is a maintenance team dedicated to our property. The laundry room can be a bit tough sharing just one washer/dryer with all tenants but it works.

Great for your money; excellent location and everything works perfectly fine. Not fancy or very new, but a great deal.

Good overall apartment, relatively cheap for a one-bedroom in a very good location, close to most other Michigan Ross students. One-bedrooms are very small. Parking is available for some units for an extra cost, but cars must be moved out on football gamedays. Walls are pretty thin, so you can hear people walking around above you and shouting from next door. Has a window A/C unit in the living room. Pets not allowed. Management is very responsive and helpful for minor issues. Have not had any major issues.

The location of this apartment is PERFECT for an MBA student. You are just a walk to class, a short walk to downtown Ann Arbor, and super close to the Big House! The apartment is equipped with everything we need and we have not had any issues thus far. They are working on updates to the units and we have all new hardwood floors. Everything in the kitchen works great, though not yet updated. The landlord is very responsive and helpful. Washer / dryer is coin operated in the basement.

Pros:
- rent is cheaper
- mostly MBAs here
- decent kitchen
- balcony
- it's a 12 minute walk to campus
- next to the stadium

Cons:
- parking is expensive and you have to move your car for game days (even if you pay for parking)
- the washer and dryer are horrible and cost $4 in coins
- the walls are practically paper and you will hear everything your neighbors do

I have looked at dozens of apartments all over Ann Arbor. I wanted something within walking distance to the South Quad (within 20 mins) and close enough to a gym (within 15 mins). This is the place. It's affordable, close to what I need, filled with sane, clean tenants, and overall the quality of the place is good for Ann Arbor. The layout is logical and relatively open.

Management is very responsive and I've never had to call maintenance yet, so that's a good sign.
