Noma Flats review

Very convenient, 3-5 min. walk to the ONE building. Apartment is fairly new / modern. Have to pay for parking (subsidized rate at Richardson parking garage) and utilities + internet / cable.
Almost everything is walking distance (gym, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy).
