Avoid this place!
This place is terrible. The staff are uncaring, doing things like changing the door codes without posting notices so that me and many others came home on a Friday night only to find ourselves locked out. When I complained, they acted like being locked out in the middle of the night was not a big deal. The floors are covered in trash stains and the hallways smell bad. Packages go missing all the time. Even when it requires a signature and someone in the office signs, packages will still disappear.

Awful property, avoid if you can
The property is poorly managed. Trash and abandoned furniture pile up in common areas like the stair wells, lobby, and hallways. Because of the lack of accountability from the management, residents seem more inconsiderate than average. Cigarette refuse near entrances, dog poop in the courtyard and even parking garage. The train noise is loud, and the residents can be equally loud and disruptive. Overall a bad place to live, especially for a “luxury” style building. Pay an extra couple hundred to live at the Aquatic if you want to be in West Berkeley.
