Good Experience
I have been at this complex for over 6 years. Haven’t had any major issues. It is definitely one of the more expensive places to live in the area.

Reliable College Apartment
The Addison is not anything very fancy, but it is less expensive than comparable options and is in a great location. It is about 10-15 minutes from campus. There is a good amount of room for my roommate and I, but not a ton of extra space. Bathroom storage is fantastic, and I love the jack and jill layout with each roommate having their own toilet and sink but sharing a tub/shower combo. There are tennis/pickleball courts and a small fitness center. Overall, the main complaints I have are that the property is somewhat dated, management isn't always the quickest at responding to maintenance requests, and that my specific apartment doesn't get much sun (other units in the complex do get more). Overall, I have enjoyed my time living here.

It works!
The good: It is one of the largest one bedroom apartments in Knoxville for the price. The community is diverse, gated, and relatively quiet. You really can't beat the location as it is very close to school. Also, the parking situation for guests is very reasonable.
The bad: Your water bill is not based on individual use. They take the total amount of water being used by the entire complex and then divide it based on the size of your apartment and the number of residents living in the apartment. The office staff are not the most friendly or helpful and if you have any maintenance issues you are better off watching "how to" videos online because they have very limited training. You also pay a pest control fee, but I have removed several cockroaches out of my apartment since living there.
