Windover - very good place
That is a very good place to live. Very to close to the mall and 12 minutes from downtown.

Okay apartments, Great location
Being in West Knoxville is great and I love being a little bit away from the school while having an easy commute. The apartments are a little outdated but they have been working on improvements since I’ve been here. The management office has been super accommodating and easy to work with. Overall, I can see this being a long term fit for the duration of school.

Great place
I have been at this apartment complex for 2 years now and I love it. Moving here from out of state, I have never worried about my safety, parking, or communication with management. The only bad things about it are the price and it contains community laundry rooms per building.

Satisfactory
This apartment is in a great location in West Knoxville. But the staff and living conditions are only satisfactory. It always feels like you are a burden on the management staff when you call for anything. Additionally, most of the neighbors are older and quiet, but the walls are very thin so if you are stuck with a load neighbor, you're out of luck.
Also lots of issues with temperature control because of how old the AC/Heating unit is.
