Nice, Affordable, and Quiet

Autumn Lakes Apartments are very affordable apartments. They are basic in quality and amenities. For the price, the size of the apartment is great. The complex is very quiet being focused largely at working class families, young professionals, and older folks. There are no parties or large gathering since the focus is not on college students. The management is very quick to fix issues with Appartments and does regular maintenance on the complex. The lawn care and snow removal is also very good and timely. Finally, the pet policy is reasonable. There are some breed and weight restrictions for dogs. There is also a two pet limit. The one complaint would be enforcement of pet waste clean up could be better.

Finally, the location of the apartments is OK. It is very close to a grocery store and reasonably close to some over stores and restaurants. However, it is farther from some of the main entertainment of the area and from Notre Dame's campus (about a 20 minute drive).
