Ideal Downtown Apartment

This apartment is maybe slightly more expensive and further from campus than what some students may want to pay, but the amenities and quality makes up for it. The owner lives in the building and is extremely attentive to tenet needs. There is a bakery, yoga studio, hair salon, and brewery all in the building retail spaces. You get a discount at the salon as a tenet. There is a gym with high quality equipment. There is a roof top deck with a fire pit, grill, and a mini fridge stocked with complimentary sodas, beers, and wine. It is across from the South Bend Cubs baseball stadium so there is often a great view of fireworks they sometimes set off for stadium events. The units themselves are very new and high quality with new appliances. They feature large windows that go wall to wall and, in some units, floor to ceilings. There are large closets and an option to rent additional storage space in the basement. The building itself is a repurposed industrial building that has great bones and each unit is very quiet. I hear almost no noise from the street or other units. It’s a small building with not many residents so it’s very friendly and neighborly with occasional gatherings to get to know other residents, but everyone is respectful of privacy and nobody is intrusive. This has been an absolutely wonderful building to live in. They have clearly thought through all the little details to make an excellent resident experience.
