It is nice but overpriced. I had a very difficult time finding anything down here that was both affordable and close to campus.

Great
I love living here because it's close to campus and very safe. Only thing is there's A LOT of construction and the floors/walls are thin so you can hear ... everything at night. The amenities are amazing and the leasing office staff are very helpful. Getting packages delivered is confusing sometimes because mailroom gets full & the elevators stop working frequently LOL
