Great Apartment
Nice building but slightly dated compared to other apartments owned by Devine District.

Expensive but great in every other way
I spend a lot of time studying at home to be with my dog. Lots of other residents with dogs, and a small outdoor area for them to play together (I sit out there all day and study when weather is nice). Staff is timely with requested repairs if needed. Walking distance to 5 points (Jake’s bar is a common place for students to hang out at). Building does NOT allow undergraduate to rent. It is a mix of young professionals and older folks. 2 bedroom apartments are available as well.

Apartment Review
Located minutes away from campus, 700 Woodrow has been a great place to live during school because it is a safe community and is very quiet. Additionally, there are outdoor and indoor study spaces throughout the community. I have never had to worry about issues with management, maintenance, or noise, which has made it a great, stress-free experience while attending school.

700 Woodrow Experience
Very safe, thick walls and quiet apartment. Love the area and "the house" which is their community center, it makes a great study space. Management is also excellent and very sweet.

700 Woodrow Experience
The big thing that sold us on this apartment was location. It's halfway between the medical school and downtown (including Prisma). About a 10-12 minute commute to each destination. The facilities are nice, lots of study rooms, a grill, fire place, and coffee machine. Pet friendly at a decent price point for the location. Very quiet and secure complex, on site management and repairs are great. The only downside is that the apartments are on the small side.
