Barboro Flats Review

Apartment is good for the most part. Neighbors are usually quiet, but since it's downtown there's lots of street noise. Management has always been quick and helpful

Barboro Flats

Great location downtown on south main (pedestrian only street) and two blocks from Beale. Cheaper than similar apartments in the area and they offer a student discount. Have to pay for parking for the garage directly below the apartment (~80/mo). Have loved my time here and will be sad to be moving. Close to campus (can be from one garage to the other in ~7 minutes).

Awesome

Good place to live if you want to live downtown, no real issues with safety, have to pay ~$100 a month for parking in a garage below the building. A 5 minute drive to campus, nice because I can go home during lunch

A great place to stay

It is in a prime location. Right in the middle of downtown and 6 minutes away from the school. It is pet friendly (this could be a plus or a minus). Lots of closet space. I pay a total of about 1300 after parking and utilities.
