Access to outdoors!
I love the location of harbor town because of how easy it is to get outide. There are not a ton of resaurants, but Cordelia's grocery store is really amazing to have when you are stressed before the exam. It feels very safe and there are a ton of other students on the island too, which I love.

Arbors Harbor
It has been a great environment to live in. I enjoy being close to the trail for runs and walks, and I really like the setup of our apartment. It is a 10 minute drive from campus, and there are a lot of families and other students in the apartment complex. It feels very safe, and I appreciate having food and grocery options right next to where I live.

Arbors Harbor Review
Great location. Maintenance requests take a very long time to process. Trash is not picked up as frequently as advertised. Not much sunlight in the apartment.

Arbors Harbor Town
Management is a pain when it comes to moving out . Overall safe area and felt like I could walk outside at night without issue.

Lots of students, great neighborhood
I’ve loved living here. Lots of students at this complex. I live in Phase 2, which I would recommend! Easy access to the pool, gym, and tennis courts, and the surrounding neighborhood is great for walking and running. I feel very safe here even though the community is not gated.

arbors harbor town
I’ve loved living at the Arbors! It takes me 7 min to get to G lot from my apartment and as far as I know no one has ever had their car broken into / the neighborhood is very safe! Management is a little strict, but that’s in the residents’ best interests as the area is very quiet and cute

Arbor's Harbor is a great place to live
My husband and I have been very pleased at Arbor's Harbor Town. We both feel like it is a safe place to live and enjoy walking throughout the little town and within the neighborhoods. The management has been very responsive when we have had any issues. The apartments are older but meet our needs. Unfortunately, in the few months we have lived here we have already experienced one of our cars getting broken into, but that just comes with the town.

Great option if you can afford it
Overall I've more than enjoyed my time at Arbors Harbor Town. The amenities are excellent, in a great location being right next to stores and restaurants, has a great view of the river and is considerably quieter than most complexes I've lived in. Most notably I've had zero safety concerns - I've heard of apartment complexes where cars are broken into every weekend, and I don't think I've ever seen that problem here. Only thing is, this apartment was fairly affordable when we moved in, and they've jacked up the rent on us twice now. It's borderline unaffordable for me, and I'm only staying for my last year, so I suspect it may be very unaffordable for incoming students. Other small things are the appliances probably need updating and the floors are carpeted. I've never had any issues with management and they are always happy to help.

Safe and Affordable!
I really like living here! Mud Island is great, it’s super safe, and pretty easy to drive anywhere. The apartment isn’t the most updated, but it totally works.
