Worst apartment in Tucson

Please very carefully consider signing any kind of lease at this place. There are massive issues with the complex water system. All heat/ac/water is central and the water in particular has to be shut off for extended periods of time regularly so they can put yet another cheap band aid on their broken system. Hot water is a rare luxury (quite rare really), and the a/c is intermittent. The hot water was shut off for 3 weeks earlier this year for maintenance (which was fine in their estimation because they rented a mobile trailer shower for residents to shower in the parking lot) None of this has ever led to a single penny of discount on rent. The neighborhood is pretty bad, lots of break ins, junkies, homeless sleeping on the property, etc. Pets are a huge problem, lots of strays, feces everywhere, very loud dogs (of course they are loud when left alone all day in these tiny apartments) To add insult to injury, they inspect units every couple of months under the false pretext of maintenance inspections. This involves not only entering your home, but taking photos without your permission (against Arizona law). I know this place is cheap but if you can afford anything else. At all. Do that.
