Meh

The best part was the proximity to the law school. It took about 7 minutes to walk there. It had big windows which were great for light and was very spacious for downtown Columbus. They charge you $100 per month per parking spot to park across the street which is pretty expensive. Amenities are great when they're actually up and running. The pool was closed for half of the last summer. When I complained about them raising our rent by $400, they worked with us to keep the rate the same, we just had to sign a longer lease (18 month instead of 12).

Review

Before management switched, the apartment and complex were great. The cleanliness has gone down and packages are consistently stolen. Before I moved out, over 8 packages of mine were stolen over two years.
