Close to UAB

20 midtown is very close to UAB and located conveniently above Publix. The apartments aren't very soundproof (but maybe this is normal in apartments). The management and staff are all very nice and maintenance is prompt. Not the best for pets because they just have a patch of fake grass in the parking garage and its not fenced in.
