Excellent location on the edge of downtown

Incredible location in Mtn Brook. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops. Great neighborhood for running and free entry into the botanical gardens across the street. 7 min drive to UAB and I don’t have to get onto 280 to get there.
